A studio for slower breathing

An hour of salt air, warm water and absolute quiet

Coastline Salt Room returns to downtown New Port Richey with three simple rituals — a salt room session, a HydroMassage bed and guided meditation — built around one idea: rest is a practice, not a luxury.

Three ways to slow down

  1. Halo Therapy

A quiet hour in a room filled with dry, micronized salt air — the studio’s signature session for unhurried, deeper breathing.

  2. HydroMassage

Warm, pressurized water works across tired muscles while you stay dry, dressed and fully in control of the pressure.

  3. Meditation

Guided, breath-led meditations that pair naturally with salt air — a simple way to slow the whole day down.

What a halogenerator actually does

Pure-grade salt is ground into microscopic particles and drifted into the room. We explain the process in plain language — what it is, what it is not, and what guests usually notice first.

A note from the new editors

Why we brought Coastline back

The original Coastline Salt Room served New Port Richey with a simple promise: a beautiful room, a quiet hour and salt air. When the site went dark, the idea still felt worth keeping — so we restored it as a working journal of salt therapy, HydroMassage and meditation on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

We write about wellness the way we think it should be written: plainly, without miracle claims, and with sources you can check. Salt therapy is a comfort practice with a long folk history and an evolving research record; we cover both sides of that sentence.

Every article follows the same standards on evidence, tone and disclosure — and we would rather show you the rules than ask you to trust us.
