Write to us
Coastline Salt Room keeps correspondence simple. There is no phone menu, no ticket system and no chatbot waiting in the corner of the screen — just an inbox that a member of the studio team opens every working day. If you have a question about a session, a suggestion for the journal, or a correction to something we have published, we would genuinely like to hear it.
Email is the way to reach us. Write to info@coastlinesaltroom.com and your note lands directly with the people who run the studio — no forms, no intermediaries, no copy-paste replies.
What happens after you send a note
Every message is read by a person — usually the same person, most weeks. Simple questions about sessions, scheduling or the etiquette of the salt room normally get a reply within two or three working days. Longer questions, especially ones about the articles we publish, can take a little more time because we would rather check a source twice than answer once and be wrong.
A few honest limits are worth stating up front. We cannot give medical advice: salt therapy is a wellness and relaxation practice, and if you are managing asthma, COPD, allergies or any other respiratory condition, the right first conversation is with your physician, not with us. We also do not hold booking slots over email — but we are happy to explain how a session works before you reserve one. Our guide to planning a first visit answers most of the practical questions in advance.
What to write about
Anything related to the studio is fair game, but a few kinds of notes are especially welcome:
- First-visit questions. Nervous about the room, the noise level or what to wear? Ask. There is no such thing as a silly question about a place you have never been.
- Corrections. If an article gets a fact wrong or a source has been updated, tell us and we will fix it. Accuracy matters more to us than looking infallible.
- Topic requests. The Salty Journal grows from reader curiosity. If there is a corner of salt therapy, HydroMassage or meditation you would like covered, suggest it.
- Kind words. Optional, but never unwelcome.
If you are still deciding whether the studio is for you, the overview of our three services is a good place to browse before you write — and the story of how Coastline came back explains who will be reading your note on the other end.
The mailing list
The original Coastline Salt Room ran a small mailing list for specials and events, and we are keeping that tradition — minus the noise. When the list is active, it carries occasional studio news, new journal essays and early word of anything worth knowing about. No weekly blasts, no rented lists, no urgency countdowns. If you would like to be added, mention it in your note and we will take care of it; unsubscribing is one reply away and always will be.
Quick answers before you write
Is there a phone number I can call?
Not at the moment. The studio is run by a small team, and email lets us give every question a considered answer rather than a rushed one. If a phone line returns, this page will say so first.
Can I ask whether salt therapy will help my condition?
You can ask what a session feels like and what other guests typically notice, and we will answer honestly. What we cannot do is advise on medical conditions or predict results — that is a conversation for your physician, and it is worth having before your first session.
How long does a reply take?
Two to three working days for most messages. If your question needs research or a careful answer, we will still write back to say so rather than leave you wondering.
